My wife and I cannot express adequately in words how blessed we were by having ELO Roofing do a re-roof of our home that was damaged by Hurricane Ian on September 28, 2022. We had a half dozen other roofers provide estimates and ELO's was the most reasonable in costs and the most comprehensive in scope of work to be performed. Our initial contact with John O'Keefe was a pleasant surprise compared to other sales reps. He is soft spoken, compassionate, knowledgeable and a true professional. He answered all our questions and would return our calls in a timely manner. He stopped by to inspect the work being done and followed through with any changes that were to be made. We also had a wonderful experience dealing with Nicole Zorrilla, the account project manager. She was responsible for insuring the coordination of the reroofing project from the material to be used to the ELO team members who transformed our pathetic looking roof to one that we are proud of. Nicole was always available to answer any questions we had and made sure that when the project was complete we had all the appropriate documents needed i.e. material and labor warranties. She also worked with our insurance company to insure that we received the entitled reimbursement from our policy.

I was able to get several concrete roof tiles repaired (without replacing) to satisfy an urgent insurance policy deadline. Their team was very responsive and cooperative to do what was best
in my situation. They obviously have been doing this a while and gave me some good insight as to what this fix required - at the best cost.
The urgency of the work required them to come in a little after hours and squeeze me in. Really appreciative and highly recommend their work.

We are very pleased with the service, workmanship and attention of our representative Gary Korb. He explained the process of replacing our roof every step of the way. He went on the roof with the insurance inspector to make sure damage was all found. He came by while the roofers were installing the new roof to make sure all was going well, he also came by when they were done and made sure all trash, nails and other material, was all cleaned up. Whenever we had a question and we called him if he didn't answer right away he got back to us before the day was over. We are very pleased with the look of our new roof, the response from the company, and the short time it took before they were able to do the work.

Marina was the project manager for my roof replacement and was tremendously helpful with all the necessary approvals and coordinating with the insurance company as well. They promised to do the job professionally and in one day if possible. The trailer for waste was delivered as promised. All work was done in one day, as promised, and my property was cleaned up. The roof came out great, and any and all questions were addressed. The trailer was delivered on Sunday, work done on Monday, trailer removed on Tuesday, that was quick. I was very pleased, would recommend them without question.
