Why We are Called ELO?

There is a belief held by the Timucua tribe, who first lived in the Jacksonville area.

They believed that their tribesmen possessed the ability to redirect dangerous approaching storms by simply whistling at them. These tribesmen were the great protectors of the village and mitigated catastrophic damage to the tribes’ homes. This whistle the tribesmen would use toward the storm’s was called “elo”.

This word resonates with us because, much like the Timucua tribesmen, we value integrity, community, and teamwork. We want to continue being the company you think of when you are faced with the need for protection and repair of your greatest investment – your home.
