What a great overall construction experience and the picture says it all. A two day remove and replace three days after Hurricane Ian. Materials and dumpster were delivered on time and professionally. Tom S. was fantastic from the start, provided several pricing options and he was there from beginning to end. Elo had a great "on job" superintendent named Adrian who was available to discuss details during the tear off and install. Would like to mention Rebecca in the office who was terrific in helping with the schedule and providing assistance dealing with the HOA.

My roof was damaged from a severe storm and had multiple leaks throughout. I was nervous on hiring a roofing company that was honest and fair. After asking around the neighborhood and doing my research, Elo roofing seemed to be everyone's choice. From the initial visit, I was extremely impressed by the level of professionalisms and experience provided by Tom, the project manager. He did a detailed inspection, showing me videos and pictures of all the damage I was unaware of.
Tom walked me through the whole insurance claim process and advised on the best option available. It definitely felt as he was on my team and was looking out for my best interest.
Once the claim was submitted, it took a couple of weeks for the insurance company to do their part. During this time ,Tom kept in contact and helped me file all the required paperwork with the community HOA.
Once we had the approval from the insurance and HOA, Tom and his team expedited everything and had a install date within days of notice.
I ended up going with Duration Designer Storm Cloud architectural shingles, which were in backorder. But, Tom was able to contact the manufacture and do his magic to ensure we got the materials in time. Two days prior to install, all the materials and equipment were delivered and pre-stage.
THE ENTIRE PROCESS ONLY TOOK 1.5 DAYS! I was so shocked and impressed on the level of marksmanship and dedication the roofing crew had. They were extremely respectful and always kept their working area clean and organized.
I have over 5 years of experience inspecting roofs as a home inspector. Because of this, I have a high level of attention to detail and can point out even the slightest defect. After doing an inspection on the finish product, I can say that all the guys/gals at ELO roofing are true professionals. The installation came out perfect.

Elo's crew was on time and worked hard even with the heat of summer. They did quality worked and were meticulous with cleaning up. I had been going back in forth for a few years trying to get my roof replaced. Between the insurance and other roof companies I was getting no where. Jackson came by my house while in the neighborhood and left his card. I ended up following back up with him to get my roof done. We had some damage to our roof and were worried all roofing companies would want to come out and file a claim to replace the entire roof. Dustin Richards came out and did a complete inspection and explained everything in great detail. Dustin was able to repair the damage and perform a roof tune up.

ELO was working a job with one of our neighbors and while they were in the neighborhood, Angela offered us a free inspection.
We had storm damage done to our roof (original with the home) and needed to replace it. We contacted our insurance company who only wanted to replace a few shingles and leave the rest intact. ELO helped us get the insurance company to replace the entire thing.
Angela and Camryn were great! They answered all of our questions and concerns and walked us step-by-step through the process of having our roof replaced. My only issue is the roof looks so good we now need to repaint the home!

Super professional from start to finish. CJ Harrison and Colby Wilkins guided us through the process including working with our insurance company for our roof replacement. Unbelievable installation by Wesley the site supervisor and his crew. They talked all around our house to catch debris and had the entire roof Done from start to finish in one day. Then they did a great job cleaning up including sweeping our property three times for nails. Highly highly recommend!
