I don’t know if it’s only me but I have never dealt with a company like this. From the beginning of replacing my roof in August until now getting communication from them is like pulling teeth. Nothing was done in a professional manner.

Hurricane Irma took a toll on our home’s roof causing it to be completely reroofed in 2018. Then our house lost several cap shingles complements of Hurricane Milton. ELO Roofings phones are manned by a human (even during weekends). We explained our problem, were scheduled within a few days & were even giving the arrival time plus name of the person (Jared Householder) who would arrive at our home and help us with photos and repairs. He phoned us informing of approximate arrival time and he did arrive on schedule. Jared is courteous and efficient! He took photos of our roof and effected our repair. ELO Roofing and Jared are awesome! We recommend them for your roofing needs and will definitely hire them when our next need occurs.

We are completely satisfied and highly recommend Elo Roofing.From the first meeting to completion it has been completely satisfactory. The installers were professional, the clean up was very thorough and the roof is beautiful.

Had a small leak around my fireplace after some heavy rainfall, called on a Saturday and they arrived first thing on Monday. The project manager, Jared Householder, was very knowledgeable and honest with his expert opinions. He performed the maintenance thoroughly and even went above and beyond what he had to and sealed some minor cracks on our chimney. Their package for maintenance wasn’t as costly as we expected and covered quite a bit. We will definitely be repeat customers as needed. Thanks again, Jared!

The rep showed up to my house, explained in detail the process and different types of roofing, I little bit of pros and cons of certain types of roofs. How soon can I get roof installed, 10-14 days, I said where do I sign, I had already been slow walked by a different roofing company so I was really excited that I could have my new roof in such a short period of time. Crew arrived at daybreak and was done early to mid afternoon, whattttt!!!!! I am very pleased with my roof, the rep showed up the day after to ensure that all nails and debris had been removed after the installation, great service, I would absolutely refer my family and friends to ELO roofing

I recently had my roof replaced because of storm damage. The ELO Roofing did a wonderful job. They handled all the contacts needed with my insurance company and for all the needed permits and inspections. The work crew worked long hours and got the job done in a very short time. Nicole, Patrick, Jeremy and Kyle were all very helpful and nice to work with. Good job! Thank You Elo!!

Estimator/sales rep explained entire process, walked me through to do list, installers brought out the supplies, dumpster delivered, installers knocked it out in a day with only a day delay due to the storm. Looks great, love the color and certificate of completion issued after inspection. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with this company. Sam and Nicole were always available to assist me with any questions. The roofing crew was efficient and skilled, replacing lots of wood with great care. My overall experience with Elo Roofing has been favorable. There was an unfortunate incident during the roof replacement where additional damage to the home incurred. It was also unfortunate to happen right before the holiday weekend so there were some delays to getting help. However, Nicole Zorrilla has been more than excellent to communicate and help get things rectified in a quick manner. She's extremely professional and thorough. She has certainly gone above and beyond and Elo is lucky to have her. I can't thank her enough for her help.

We are so happy we worked with Elo Roofing. Ryan came out and got us a quote quickly. The job took only a day and Nicole helped keep us updated as we had a little delayed start due to Rain. Overall the roof looks excellent and we are really happy with what they did.

From day one communication and updates were daily. Amanda was very friendly and helpful with all construction and delivery updates. Jeff was always available to answer any questions and was physically at work site daily .I was very impressed with the construction crew, they very courteous and kind. Extra care was taken to cover my flower beds to protect from damage and debris and all sidewalk were kept clean and clear of construction debris. Highly recommend ELO Roofing.

Ryan Boyd September 2023This is a review of Ryan as a roofing contractor from ELO Roofing.He was asked to perform a roof inspection to determine to what extent the roof was damaged and needed replacement or repair.First impression. He was Well groomed, well presented, courteous, willing to listen to our concerns, and only after listening, he proceeded to elevate his ladder to perform the inspection.Upon completion, he sat down with us and reveled his findings. It was immediately apparent that he has a vast knowledge of the trade and explained with details, the damages he had identified and a strong recommendation for a new roof. Explained every detail without ever excerpting undue pressure on us to accept what he was saying or to sign any contract.He also explained the various options of roofing materials available and recommended what would be best for us.Soon, we arrived a the conclusion that a new roof was needed and that he was the right contractor to install it.And when the time came to execute the build, he personally visited the site twice. On the first time we was observed with the magnetic rake going all around the house collecting stray nails. On his second visit, he was observed picking up debris and putting it in the dumpster.Ryan Boyd is an outstanding employee, he is dedicated, thorough and he is a man if integrity.

I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Elo Roofing from start to finish!. Mark arrived the same day I phoned, went over installation details, timing and pricing, he was great! I had an insurance claim with Hurricane Ian, and Elo (especially Amanda) took care of additional paperwork for me, an absolutely seamless operation! I was out of town the week the insurance inspector came and Mark met him at my home to give him access and point out any hidden damage (over and above service!) They showed up when scheduled and put a beautiful new roof on my house in a day and a half. Cleanup was immaculate; I've never found one nail. Would recommend this excellent company to anyone who doesn't want to go thru the hassle of obtaining numerous quotes. They were the best price and gave me the best job, you don't have to look any further!!
