Highly knowledgeable, I felt like I could trust them from the start. Being a single mom, just my son and I, this situation could have easily been overwhelming.
My insurance sent out a company for inspections, Mr. Rom was here with her, got up on the roof with her and he felt confident we would be approved. I felt like he was there every step of the way.
After getting approval from my insurance, we began a step by step process. I had my new roof within two weeks. I paid for the materials, they were dropped off in a Wednesday, dumpster Thursday and new roof was up Friday. My father was here overseeing things when I had to be gone for part of the day, and he was impressed with the craftsmanship and thought they were doing a great job too. After the roof, we had SEVERAL heavy downpours, and not one issue thus far. However, if there are any, I have no doubt they will be here helping me again.
I can’t thank Mr. Rom and Mrs. Maria enough for coming so quickly that first day. If it weren’t for them, I would still have water dripping into my house. -
I just had a new roof put on by Elo Roofing. My project manager for many months has been Rom Guzman. He is a wonderful man and I would recommend that anybody give him their business. Elo is a very reliable company. And I believe they give … More the lowest possible price they can do the job for. They definitely gave me a lower price than more than nine other roofing companies did. Insurance did not pay for my roof so I had to pay Myself. I live in a community with a homeowners association and poor Rom and I had a long rough road getting them to approve the roof being done. But that’s just like an HOA they just make Homeowners miserable. I bet you if they had told me you better get a roof done they wouldn’t have given me a month grace. Rom had to be away the day my roof was done and the people that he left in charge were absolutely wonderful. I can’t say anything bad about any of the Elo folks who Have worked from Elo for me. When I feel better, I’ve had some health issues, My intention is to get a bunch of business cards from Rom and to go around my neighborhood to every homeowner who hasn’t had a roof done because I know they probably need to get their roof done and give them Rom’s card and maybe I’ll get $250 if one of them do a roof with Elo. Elo has that incentive program.
