Highly knowledgeable, I felt like I could trust them from the start. Being a single mom, just my son and I, this situation could have easily been overwhelming.
My insurance sent out a company for inspections, Mr. Rom was here with her, got up on the roof with her and he felt confident we would be approved. I felt like he was there every step of the way.
After getting approval from my insurance, we began a step by step process. I had my new roof within two weeks. I paid for the materials, they were dropped off in a Wednesday, dumpster Thursday and new roof was up Friday. My father was here overseeing things when I had to be gone for part of the day, and he was impressed with the craftsmanship and thought they were doing a great job too. After the roof, we had SEVERAL heavy downpours, and not one issue thus far. However, if there are any, I have no doubt they will be here helping me again.

The Elo crew members were prompt, professional and did an amazing clean up job, they finished the job in just one day. Rom was able to get me a wind mitigation inspection at no cost at all. with my new roof and wind mitigation inspection I was able to save approximately five thousand dollars a year on my homeowners policy.
