They made me feel like family, sitting me down, walking me through the process of what to expect, what … More questions my insurance would ask me, and the best answers to give. Highly knowledgeable, I felt like I could trust them from the start. Being a single mom, just my son and I, this situation could have easily been overwhelming.
My insurance sent out a company for inspections, Mr. Rom was here with her, got up on the roof with her and he felt confident we would be approved. I felt like he was there every step of the way.
After getting approval from my insurance, we began a step by step process. I had my new roof within two weeks. I paid for the materials, they were dropped off in a Wednesday, dumpster Thursday and new roof was up Friday. My father was here overseeing things when I had to be gone for part of the day, and he was impressed with the craftsmanship and thought they were doing a great job too. After the roof, we had SEVERAL heavy downpours, and not one issue thus far. However, if there are any, I have no doubt they will be here helping me again.
I can’t thank Mr. Rom and Mrs. Maria enough for coming so quickly that first day. If it weren’t for them, I would still have water dripping into my house.
